" Located in a quiet cul de sac, a very well presented modern end of terrace home conveniently situated close to the town centre and within easy access of local primary and secondary schools, two supermarkets and less than 2 miles from Chippenham main line station. The property benefits from gas central heating, PVCu double glazing, a larger than average garden, garage and driveway parking. The accommodation consists of an enclosed entrance porch with window to the front. The living room has a window to the front and stairs leading to the first floor. There is an electric 'log' effect fire with wooden surround. An arch leads through to the well appointed kitchen/dining room.  Within the kitchen area there is a window overlooking the garden and a range of contemporary wall and base units, including a glazed display unit all with roll top work surfaces over and an in-set stainless steel sink unit with mixer tap and tiled surrounds.
