Situation and Description The property is located on the outskirts of the popular village of Goatacre which lies a couple of miles south of Lyneham. There is a good range of stores and amenities in Lyneham and the nearby towns of Calne, Royal Wootton Bassett, Swindon and Chippenham offer more extensive facilities. The latter two have mainline railway stations and access to the M4 is only a short distance away.
