" A substantial and elegant 19 Century former doctors surgery. The town house offers well-presented and versatile accommodation of seven bedrooms with the benefit of a studio, garden and ample parking, set within easy reach of Calne historic town centre. Most of the rooms emanate from an impressive and welcoming tiled reception hall. The sitting room is a lovely and light space with a large bay window in a period surround. From the sitting room, a door leads through to a study which can be used as an additional bedroom. The kitchen is fitted with a good range of cupboards with range cooker and space for appliances. This is a fabulous room, the hub of the house, opening into a dining room with an open gas fireplace. There is a separate utility room, cloakroom and studio.
