Bridge Street is situated in a highly convenient location within walking distance of the town centre and is an attractive residential road, characterized by mainly older properties. This particular house, we are to understand from our clients, was constructed around 1870 and has handsome brick elevations surmounted by a pitched tiled roof. The property offers deceptively spacious accommodation, appearing to be laid out over only two floors, but an internal inspection will reveal a lower basement level, allowing for generous accommodation over three floors. In addition to the rear there is a private garden, laid to paving for ease of maintenance, interspersed with well stocked flowerbeds. Internally the well presented accommodation is enhanced by a separate hallway, providing a pleasing character feature. There are two spacious reception rooms, with a lounge to the front and a dining room to the rear, which although currently presented as a through room, could easily be converted back into two separate rooms. At first floor level there are two generous double bedrooms, the master benefiting from two deep walk in wardrobes and the lower floor features an impressive breakfast kitchen, fitted with excellent range of units including a split level oven and hob, with a door leading out to the garden and an inner hallway gives access to the large bathroom fitted with a modern three piece suite in white with overhead shower and ceramic tiled floor. A superb character house offered with the added benefit of no onward chain.
