" LOCATION Situated in a private cul-de-sac in a semi-rural location on the eastern leafy side of Hurst Green village and within a mile of the mainline station. Hurst Green offers a small range of shops, St Johns church as well as some local pubs. There are a number of good local state and independent schools for all ages, some within walking distance. These include Holland Primary School, Limpsfield and Hurst Green Infant School, St Mary's Junior School and Oxted Secondary School in the state sector and Hazelwood School in the independent sector. Oxted is approximately 2 miles away with a more comprehensive range of shops including a Waitrose and Morrisons, a leisure centre with pool and a cinema. Junction 6 of the M25 is within a 4 mile drive.
