The property is very substantial and well appointed Arts and Crafts influenced five bedroom house, remodeled and improved by the current owners and presented in excellent order. Offering over 4092 ft2 of floor space the house has an excellent flow with the large entrance hall providing an entertaining hub, with a tiled floor which continues into the lounge, family room and kitchen breakfast room.
