" This detached family home is set within a quiet residential road in Reigate. As you approach the property there is a good size front garden which subject to consent could be made into a driveway. Once inside the hallway provides access to all rooms on the ground floor. The spacious living room is to the front of the house and has many character features including a large bay window, fireplace and picture rails. The kitchen is in the middle of the property and has a side door giving access to outside, it is a good size but in need of some updating having been well used by the family! The dining room is a lovely bright room and has double doors leading directly out onto the rear garden, further character can be found here with more picture rails. There is also a useful downstairs cloakroom on the ground floor. Upstairs can be found 3 good size bedrooms, the master being some 14’ by 12’, and the family bathroom. Outside the property is enclosed to all sides and the rear garden has a lovely Southerly aspect and is mainly laid to lawn. Although the house would benefit from some updating, it is really just cosmetic work and is crying out for the next family to make it their home for many years to come.

We like the location of the house, having both been local when we bought all those years ago, we knew the area extremely well and knew that it was perfect for a growing family. We are close to the local schools, the lovely Priory Park and still walking distance into town. Cockshot Road is mainly family orientated and we have some good neighbours. From the main bedroom there are views towards Reigate Hill and we have enjoyed these during the changing seasons over the years. We hope the house will be someone elses family home for many years just as it has been for us.
