" Some residents of the village will not know Saville Gardens exists, because one of it's many virtues is , it is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Station Road in a private cul-de-sac shared with just 12 other properties. Accessed under the archway of Saville Court, the home faces towards the summer sun with picture style windows allowing the light to come in. There is a downstairs loo, living space from the front to back with large patio doors that can be opened to give a feeling of space when the weather allows, which is great for entertaining. There is a simple styled kitchen with walk-in pantry for extra storage. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and the bathroom is modern in style with the owner having organized a refit of it in recent years. Outside the rear garden has a stylish fountain feature and gate access leads to the garage.

When returning from Africa 26 years ago, I was looking for a house with a spacious feel and sunny, southerly aspect. This house met my requirements and I have lived here since. At the front there is a large lawn which is maintained by a gardener, so the owners of all the houses in the cul-de-sac look out on it instead of lots of other houses. I am able to walk to the railway station and leisure centre. For personal reasons I have chosen to move, otherwise I would not be leaving my home.
