" 5 Saville Gardens is a surprisingly spacious end of terrace house situated in a quiet cul-de-sac location facing a small green. Built on a generous corner plot, this well presented property has been extended on the ground floor to provide a suite of reception rooms which include study, dining room and sitting room. These rooms are well lit with plenty of natural light from the large double glazed windows, with wall to wall patio doors in the sitting room providing lovely views over the rear garden. The sitting room has an astonishingly authentic gas effect log fire, giving the room both ambience and the 'wow' factor. The dining room and hall have retained the original parquet floors and are in good condition. The kitchen is very well fitted with a good range of wall and base cupboards incorporating a double electric oven, gas hob and fridge, with granite effect work surfaces and sink. The adjoining utility room was the original kitchen and again is fitted out with an identical range of units. Upstairs there is the more traditional layout of two double bedrooms and a smaller single bedroom all served by a family bathroom.

The house would seem to have gained the lion's share of land in this small development, having a deep wedge shaped rear garden some 70' x 40', mainly laid to lawn with well stocked borders and a wide terrace. The whole is secluded and fringed by trees and surrounding gardens and enjoys a high degree of privacy. To the side there is a further area of garden with lawn, borders and space for a greenhouse and shed. There is parking in the cul-de-sac and a separate garage en bloc.
SITUATION
Saville Gardens is made up of two small cul-de-sacs, built sometime in the late '60s or early '70s, and situated in a quiet spot that has easy access to many of Billingshurst's facilities. The mainline railway with its direct link to Gatwick and London Victoria station is under 1/ 4 mile away as is the recently built leisure centre and swimming pool. The village offers schools, shops, churches, medical centre and library, while the larger town of Horsham lies approximately nine miles away.
