" This is a very good sized detached family house in a rarely available cul de sac location. The house is very smart looking, built from, we understand, aged and rustic bricks, giving it that extra special look, similar to all the others in the road. The first time to be marketed since it was built 32 years ago. The house has no onward chain, so is offered for sale with vacant possession and in good order. The rooms are a very good size. You have a wet room/cloakroom on the ground floor, barely a year old, having been refitted only a short time ago. One large reception room on the ground floor and four double bedrooms on the first floor with family bathroom. The house is double glazed with uPVC windows and a gas heating system. The rear garden is beautifully maintained. The owners have maintained this to a high standard with great enthusiasm.Houses in this area hardly ever come up for sale, so we regard this as a great opportunity and testament to its popularity. You have excellent road links to the Horsham by pass and mainline station, with local shops close by.

This has been a very happy home for us. Having lived here for 32 years, it has been very comfortable with superb neighbours, all of which are very friendly and most of which have been here many years themselves!The size of the rooms are fantastic. You will see that for yourselves. We have taken care of the garden lovingly, so we hope you will be impressed with it since many hours of labour have been devoted to it.The house has very good access to the local road network and by pass leading to Gatwick, the coast and London too.
