" This detached chalet style house is around 35 years old and located in this very quiet and popular cul de sac in a very well respected area of Horsham, close to local shops and bus routes with very easy access to the Horsham bypass, Gatwick Airport, M23 and M25. The house has never been available for sale since the current owners purchased it from new.The accommodation comprises entrance hall with a cloakroom and access to the living room, which is a very good size, overlooking the front of the house. The living room is open plan to the dining area with direct access to either bedroom 3 or a separate reception room, whichever you would prefer. The kitchen is at the back and overlooks the good sized rear garden and being on the end of this small row of houses, is actually quite a wide plot with side garden and scope to extend (subject to planning permission). On the first floor the two main bedrooms are both an excellent size, overlooking both the front and rear. The house is double glazed with uPVC sealed unit windows and has gas heating to radiators. There is no onward chain and some purchasers may want to update the kitchen and bathroom, although clean and well presented. This is an attractive traditionally built house, using aged bricks to give a character appearance. Properties rarely come available for sale in this very smart and well respected area, also close to Littlehaven railway station.

What the Owner says:

We have lived here since it was brand new and have enjoyed the neighbourhood very much. The neighbours, most of whom have been here many years themselves, are all very friendly. It is a good sized house, very quiet and a pleasure to live in.
