" SPACIOUS FAMILY HOME ON A GENEROUS PLOT WITH LOTS OF PARKING IN POPULAR MEADVALE.

This semi detached house offers excellent accommodation arranged over two floors, on the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a lounge with a bay style window to the front, an open plan kitchen/dining room with french doors to the large conservatory that overlooks the garden. In addition there is an inner lobby off the dining area that gives access to the utility room that also has a w/c and wash hand basin, a well as a study or possible fourth bedroom. On the first floor there is a landing with loft access, three good size bedrooms and a family bathroom.

At the front is a large private gravel drive that would offer parking for several vehicles, in addition there is a lawn garden which is screened from the road and a side access gate. The rear garden extends to around 85ft and is mainly laid to lawn with fence and walled boundaries as well as storage sheds.

DIRECTIONS : From Redhill follow the A23 Brighton Road to the south and near the brow of the hill turn right onto Pendleton Road. Follow this road for half a mile then turn right into Somerset Road. Take the second left onto Copse Road then left again into Lower Road, at the end of the road turn right onto Hardwicke Road and the house can be found on the corner of Arbutus Road.
