This three bedroom house located within the ever popular Meadvale offers good space and great scope for modernisation. On the ground floor is an entrance hall, a lounge and dining room, a kitchen that overlooks the garden and a large store room, cloakroom and utility area to the side. On the first floor you have three bedrooms and a family bathroom.
