" A well-presented and versatile family home with further potential to extend. Located just a one mile walk to the very centre of Henley, the train station, and the areaβ€˜s outstanding state and private primary schools. The homeβ€˜s kerb appeal is immediately apparent, with new external rendering adding to the overall charm. The principal reception areas interact with ease, giving the property a wonderful sense of movement and flexibility. On entry, the generously sized and welcoming reception space provides access to a bright study, a cloakroom, and double doors into the sitting room, which is flooded with light and overlooks the mature gardens, accessed through French doors. There is original wood block flooring and a great flow connecting to the kitchendining room. Situation
Henley on Thames is a charming riverside town approximately 10 miles from Reading, 35 miles from Central London and approx. 25 miles from Heathrow. The town offers an excellent variety of shops ranging from high-street chains to independent boutiques. There are numerous coffee shops and many restaurants offering an array of cuisines. Every summer the town hosts the world famous Royal Regatta in early July followed by the Henley Festival and Rewind Festival. State Primary schools include Trinity, Badgemore and Valley Road, plus Gillotts secondary school, and the Henley College. Fee paying schools include Rupert House and St Marys Prep, and there are buses to The Oratory, Reading Blue Coat, Moulsford (boys), Wycombe Abbey and Queen Anneβ€˜s School, Caversham

(girls). Henley is surrounded by pretty countryside, dominated by the Chiltern Hills to the north of the town. The River Thames is a focal point of the town itself.
