" An opportunity to improve and extend (STPP) a three bedroom semi detached house on the edge of this downland village with wonderful views over the neighbouring farmland. The house is in need of general updating but offers a decent sized plot of just under a quarter acre with ample driveway parking. Entrance porch, hallway, living room, dining room, kitchen, utility, store room, cloakroom, three bedrooms, bathroom, outhouse, double glazing, oil central heating, good sized garden and parking. No Onward Chain. LOCATION East Ilsley is a village approx 10 miles North of Newbury and easily accessed via the A34. It has a primary school and falls within the Downs Secondary School catchment in the nearby village of Compton. There are two local public houses and is surrounded by lovely rolling countryside ideal for long country walks. The train stations of Didcot and Newbury serve in Reading and London Paddington and the West country.

ACCOMMODATION Ground floor The accommodation consists of a small brick built entry porch leading into a hallway with stairs leading off to the first floor landing. There are two reception rooms with windows overlooking the front garden. The kitchen is to the rear of the property with a window overlooking the garden and fields beyond.
