" Henry Adams is delighted to present this unique superior home situated in the desirable village of Horndean. The existing owners have carefully updated all the rooms to a high specification and the end result is a light, airy and comfortable family residence. Initial impressions are terrific as one enters the spacious hallway with feature stone flooring, leading on to the rest of the downstairs accommodation which offers great flexibility. Currently downstairs there are four separate reception rooms; sitting room, dining room, family room and music room. There is a utility/shower room which could be used as the guest shower room if the music room was used as a bedroom. Subject to the usual permissions there may be scope to create a spacious kitchen dining room and the sitting room could be extended out over the existing balcony if the new owners so required.
