" This attractive older style semi-detached house has been sympathetically modernised and improved by the current owners over the years replacing many of the original character features including picture rails, original sash windows and stripped floorboards, yet retaining a modern feel. On the ground floor, the accommodation briefly comprises entrance hall, living room with gas fire and feature bay window, open plan kitchen/breakfast room with walk-in pantry and space for 'Range' cooker. The stable style door opens into a garden room overlooking the rear garden. There is a ground floor bathroom with a feature offset bath complemented by Victorian style pedestal wash basin and WC.
