" An interior inspection is essential to fully appreciate this bright and airy two bedroom detached bungalow situated in a mature residential location in Pagham, about half a mile level walk from Nyetimber shopping parade. The property has been the subject of an extensive modernisation and improvement programme by the present owners to provide a particularly comfortable home. Salient features include a bright dual aspect sitting room with newly installed double glazed 'French' doors opening onto the westerly aspect rear garden, a newly fitted kitchen appointed in a range of classic 'Shaker' style units and including a 'Hotpoint' electric double oven and 'Stoves New Home' four-burner gas hob with integrated cooker hood above; the kitchen also includes space for washing machine, dishwasher and fridge and freezer. Newly fitted bathroom including ceramic tiled floor and partially tiled walls, upgraded wiring including a new consumer unit and gas fired central heating via radiators. In addition, the property has been completely redecorated with new floor coverings throughout.

Situation
The coastal village of Pagham is located to the western side of Bognor Regis. It offers a number of local facilities including: doctors surgery, dentists, opticians, convenience store and garage. Local infants and juniors schools can be found at the nearby village of Rose Green amongst other facilities. A bus service links Pagham to the nearby Bognor Regis town centre which offers a more comprehensive range of facilities and a train link from Bognor Regis will terminate at London Victoria. The Cathedral city of Chichester can be found within 7.5 miles and the famous Goodwood motor circuit and race course can all be found within 10.5 miles of Pagham.
