There are two double bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes, and a fully tiled modern shower room/WC plus a separate WC.

Outside, the bungalow is set on a generous corner plot with delightful gardens to three sides. The bus service (stops approximately 100 yards away from the property) gives direct routes to Bognor Regis, Midhurst and the Cathedral city of Chichester. The train link from Bognor gives direct lines to London and Gatwick. Goodwood racecourse and motor circuit is located 10.5 miles from Pagham. The unspoiled beach at Pagham is located nearby this delightful bungalow.
