" A well presented, recently improved, bright and spacious, detached, single storey residence. A true feature of the property is the original wood block flooring to all the principal rooms and the full length south facing picture windows. The property has in the past been extended to the rear, which now offers a very good size family/dining room with patio doors opening onto the garden and a side door opening to the utility area at the rear of the garage.
