" The current owners have modernised and improved the bungalow over the years and have applied for planning permission to extend into the loft space adding a master bedroom and en-suite. The bungalow is set back from the close with a long block paved driveway leading to the tandem garage and front lawns. The double glazed entrance porch opens into the spacious hallway with original woodblock flooring, which continues through all the principal rooms in the bungalow. There is a large 'L' shaped sitting/dining room with a feature curved bay with full length windows and a log burner set on slate tiled hearth, a wide arch leads to the dining area with sliding patio doors opening onto the double glazed conservatory overlooking the pretty landscaped rear garden. The kitchen has been fully refitted with cream 'Shaker' style floor and wall units, granite worktops, an integral double drawer dishwasher and 'NEFF Induction' hob and double oven.
