" An individual three bedroom detached chalet bungalow situated in a mature non estate setting about one hundred metres from Rose Green village centre. The property provides spacious, versatile accommodation and has been extended in recent years by the present owners to create a master suite on the first floor, whilst retaining two well proportioned double bedrooms and a luxury bathroom with corner bath on the ground floor. The living accommodation comprises a 21' x 16'5 sitting room with feature briquette fireplace housing a coal effect 'living flame' fire and double glazed 'French' doors opening out to an open loggia, which provides a covered link between the dining room and the study/studio at the rear of the garage. The kitchen, which is open plan to the breakfast room/garden room is fitted in a range of pine units and has a fitted 'Select 920' electric double oven and five-burner gas hob with hood above; there is also space and plumbing for a washing machine and dishwasher.

Outside, the front of the property is mainly laid to gravel hard standing and driveway, which extends to the side of the property leading to the attached garage. Situation
The village of Rose Green is located to the west of Bognor Regis and within the parish of Aldwick. It offers a range of local facilities including: an infant and junior's school, doctor's surgery, pharmacy, post office, library, convenience food store, newsagent, butcher, hardware store, florist and two banks. There are also nearby sailing facilities at both Felpham and Bognor Regis.
