" This well presented semidetached house is part of a small and desirable development in Birdham and is offered for sale with the advantage of no forward chain. There is a private rear garden, garage and allocated parking.

The accommodation measures 832 sq. ft and briefly includes: entrance lobby with cloakroom, leading to a spacious living room, and at the rear of the property, a well-presented kitchen- diner with double doors looking over the garden.

Stairs from the living room rise to the first-floor landing where the family bathroom and all three bedrooms will be found. The nearby city of Chichester offers excellent high street shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars, the Festival Theatre and a mainline railway station. Goodwood is located to the north of the city and is famous for its many event days, including the Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival and ?Glorious Goodwood? racecourse. There are excellent sailing facilities around Chichester Harbour and windsurfing from the blue flag beaches at West Wittering.
