" This detached bungalow is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in a sought after position off popular Hollybank Lane which is located to the north of Emsworth. The property is wonderfully spacious with two double bedrooms, a large sitting room with double doors through to the dining room and a conservatory which spans the whole of the back of the property.

It would be fair to say that the property does now need some improvement and slight modernisation.

Outside the property has a front garden with a driveway leading to a garage and there is also further hard standing which will be ideal for someone with a caravan or boat, which leads to the rear garden which again is a good wide garden with a high degree of privacy.
Situation
Cumberland Avenue is located to the north of Emsworth off Hollybank lane and is a cul-de-sac of similar large detached bungalows in an established area.

Emsworth has a variety of facilities including restaurants, public houses. shops, libraries and churches. Emsworth is a small village located at the top of Chichester Harbour and as such has wonderful coastal and countryside views.
