Located in a woodland setting with its wonderful country style garden, this semi detached property offers spacious family living accommodation comprising:- Kitchen, dining room, lounge and entrance hall to the ground floor. Four good sized bedrooms, family bathroom and a separtate wc to the first floor. In addition there is an attic space that is currently used as a further bedroom to complete the interior of the property. To the outside of the property there is plenty of parking, a summer house, country garden with lawn, patio, gazebo and barbecuing area to sit and enjoy the Cornish Spring and Summer days and evenings.

Location

Trethowel is a rural hamlet located approximately one mile outside of the town of St. Austell, offering play ground area, rural walking and cycle trails and a riding stables. St. Austell provides an array of shopping, schooling and social facilities with mainline railway station and bus station. Also leisure centre, library, cinema, beaches and coastal walks and choice of three golf courses. The A30 which is the main road running through Cornwall from Penzance to Exeter can be found approximately four miles from Trethowel.
