Located in this enviably positioned directly overlooking Central Park on the opposite side of the road is this extremely practical and character filled family home.

The reception hallway is extremely bright and cheerful with contrasting colours above and below the dado rail and painted white floorboards. The living room has a period style fireplace with open grate and a large bay window to the front of the property enjoying the outlook towards the park. The living room has sliding doors opening into the separate dining room.
