SITUATION
The property is set on the south-western side of this southeast Cornwall country town which is set in unspoilt countryside roughly 15 miles from the city of Plymouth which is the major retail centre for the area together with airport, cross Chanel ferry service and mainline station. In addition to the normal town facilities there is a modern health centre, Callington Community College and Foundation School with specialist status and the St Mellion Golf and Country Club is some 3 miles south of the town.
