" Modern semi-detached town house comprising of kitchen, living/dining room and garden room, two double bedrooms and bathroom. Mains gas central heating with some double glazing. Well enclosed rear garden plus garage and off road parking within walking distance to town centre.

SITUATION
Hazelwood Road is a no-through road and therefore has very little passing traffic. Tesco and the town centre are approximately 1/2 a mile away with the town providing an adequate range of facilities, health centre, recreational facilities and a bus route through the town to other main centres including Plymouth.

DESCRIPTION
This two bedroom semi-detached property is located in a popular residential area within the heart of Callington. The property boasts well proportioned accommodation set across two floors and externally there are low maintenance gardens both to the front and rear with off road parking and garage.
