SITUATION: Southdown is situated on St Germans Road, which is one of the most sought after addresses in Callington, situated within walking distance of the town centre. Callington itself is a small town situated in East Cornwall, approximately 10 miles from the larger towns of Launceston and Tavistock and 14 miles from Plymouth city centre, which is therefore within commuting distance, via the Tamar Bridge at Saltash. DIRECTIONS: From Callington town centre proceed to the traffic lights and turn right on to the Saltash Road. After 100 yards fork right at the Primary School into St Germans Road, and Southdown will be found after another 50 yards on the left hand side.
