SITUATION
The property occupies an non-estate location within a few minutes fairly level walk to the town centre and enjoys westerly views to Bodmin Moor. Apart from the normal services the town has a modern health centre and good schooling with Callington Community College having received an excellent Ofsted report. Shower Room is another well appointed room with large walk-in shower with curved glass screen, power shower fitment and overhead lights. Vanity wash basin, W.C. with concealed cistern, cupboards including illuminated mirror fronted cabinet, shaver point, heated towel rail, ceiling and floor lights and obscure glazed window.

OUTSIDE
