SITUATION: Ashburton Square is situated in Zaggy Lane, within easy walking distance of Callington town centre. Callington itself is a small town situated in East Cornwall, approximately 10 miles from the larger towns of Launceston and Tavistock in West Devon, and 14 miles from Plymouth City centre which is therefore within commuting distance via the Tamar Bridge at Saltash. DIRECTIONS: From Callington town centre proceed down Church Street for 100 yards, and turn left into Zaggy Lane. This property will then be found after another 30 yards on the right hand side.
