" This is a well proportioned two double bedroom detached bungalow which comprises kitchen, dining room / sun room, W.C., family bathroom and lounge. Externally there are gardens to the front and rear, detached garage plus off road parking. The bungalow is fully double glazed and has LPG radiator central heating. 

 
Lifton is located some 3 miles to the east of the historic market town of Launceston and provides a range of everyday facilities including hotel, public house, doctor’s surgery, primary school, church, post office / store and village hall. 

Launceston is centred around and below its Medieval Norman Castle and offers a wide range of domestic, commercial and leisure facilities including 18 hole golf course.   Good proximity to the main A30 dual carriageway gives ease of access to other towns, villages and places of interest including the Cathedral city of Exeter with its valuable motorway, airport and rail links.
