" In need of updating and redecoration this versatile detached house offers incredibly spacious split level accommodation that is ideal for family or multi generational living. Situated in the Barbican area of East Looe it is ideally placed for the local shops and schools and is also within easy reach of the town centre and beaches. Offered for sale with the benefit of no onward chain the property is approached over a stepped path from Bodrigan Road and entered on the middle level. Here you will find both external and internal porches, a spacious lounge with wood burner, dining room with doors to the garden and kitchen. A half flight of stairs leads from the lounge to the lower level whilst an inner hall and half flight of stairs leads from the dining room to the upper level. Outside there are gardens to the front and rear connected by a path at the side. The rear garden has areas of decking and gravel as well as a stepped path that leads up to a further area that is quite secluded but would benefit from some attention.
