" Harrison Murray has a unique opportunity to offer for sale … A FORMER STEAM PUMPING STATION In an idyllic location surrounded by field views on the Sixteen Foot Bank, close to the village of Christchurch. Built in 1860 on the site of a water wind mill , the steam pump was converted to a diesel in the 1930’s where the side unit was added to house the diesel tank. There are wall and base units incorporating a 11/2 bowl ceramic sink unit with brass mixer tap. The Kitchen has a built-in electric oven with ceramic hob and hood, small breakfast bar and tv point. There is plumbing for a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer and space for a tall fridge freezer. Access is available to the loft and the floors are wood. The First Floor Landing has a window to the rear offering spectacular field views and there is access to the loft. Bedroom One has a window to the front, wood floor, built-in wardrobe and double radiator. Bedroom Two has a window to the front with wooden shutters, built-in wardrobe, wood floor and double radiator. The Bathroom has a panel bath with shower attachment, pedestal wash hand basin and low level wc. There is a window to the rear, double radiator and a wood floor. Outside and to the front of the property there is parking for ample vehicles with lawns, shrubs and trees. The rear of the property has grassed areas and is surrounded by fields.
