" Positioned at the end of a quiet residential cul de sac away from main stream traffic yet only 100 yards walk away from the centre of this particularly picturesque North Oxfordshire village, this detached two bedroomed true bungalow residence offers the advantages of a peaceful and tranquil location whilst being close to a good range of local village amenities in Hook Norton.

The property now requires the usual cosmetic works of upgrading but has the advantage of sealed unit double glazing and a particularly attractive well screened mature rear garden which has been professionally maintained over a great many years. From our Moreton in Marsh office turn left and at the first mini roundabout turn left along the A44 towards Chipping Norton for approximately five miles and immediately after the Greedy Goose public house turn left towards Great Rollright. Continue for approximately 2 1/2 miles and at the junction with the A34 continue straight across the staggered junction also towards Great Rollright and after half a mile turn right towards Great Rollright village and Hook Norton. Continue through the village of Great Rollright and after approximately one mile into Hook Norton continue into the centre of the village and then approximately 20 yards after St Peters Church on the left hand side turn left into Queen Street which is a one way street at the end of which turn left along Mobs Lane and after a few hundred yards turn right into Rectory Road. Following the road round to the right past the Green and then number 55 is located in a small cul de sac on the left hand side.
