Situated approximately 6 miles from the Georgian town of Holt and 8 miles from the popular Norfolk Coast it is the perfect North Norfolk retreat to enjoy the Country and coastline. 

DIRECTIONS From our office in Holt, proceed down Station Road and cross the A148 on to the Hempstead Road, towards Baconsthorpe; continue through Baconsthorpe and then Plumstead. Leave Plumstead on the Matlaske Road and after ¾ mile at the junction turn left signposted Matlaske ¼ mile. On entering the village, the turning for Barningham Place is on the right and the property will be found on the right hand side.
