Housenetwork.co.uk are pleased to offer this three bedroom 18th century character cottage in an unspoilt hamlet not far from the National Trusts Blickling Hall.

The property has many features, including solid oak floors and exposed beams throughout. After major renovation five years ago, the cottage has been fully rewired and re-plumbed, and boasts all new double-glazed windows and a new kitchen. The upstairs bathroom has been refitted and the property also has a newly-installed downstairs cloakroom. The cottage benefits from oil-fired central heating as well as a woodburning stove in the living room and a new Rayburn in the kitchen. There is telephone, broadband and satellite tv connection. The village of Oulton is in a Conservation area, situated a few miles from the Blickling Hall estate.
