" Three bedroom detached bungalow. Benefits include oil heating system, double glazing, village location with spectacular scenery.

Llangynidr is a particularly popular village community situated deep within the Brecon Beacons National Park and surrounded by some spectacular scenery.  The village has the benefit of a local shop, post office, filling station, school, public houses, church etc., as well as a vibrant well used community hall, whilst the neighbouring towns of Crickhowell and Abergavenny are only four and eleven miles distance respectively, both offering even further facilities including a general hospital and main line railway station at Abergavenny; as well as its proximity to the A40, the village is only about six miles away from the A465 Heads of the Valleys Road at Beaufort Ebbw Vale where there is an additional rail link to Cardiff.

Number 30 itself is a most attractive detached bungalow which occupies a prominent and private corner position within approximately 50 yards from the local school.  The present owners have carried out extensive refurbishment over the years including converting the garage into an additional reception room or bedroom, as well as re-fitting the kitchen and bathroom and it enjoys both an oil central heating system and double glazing and is considered to be in excellent decorative order.

This is a truly delightful property both inside and out and we would strongly recommend potential purchasers carry out an internal inspection to fully appreciate it.
