" A well modernised 3 bedroom detached bungalow with a garage and a good size, South facing garden and far reaching views

LIVING AREA The entrance hall is 'L' shaped with doors off to all rooms and the airing cupboard. The cloakroom has been re-fitted with a modern white suite with fitted cupboards and towel rail. The kitchen is comprehensively fitted with a range of wood effect eye level and base cupboards with work surfaces over, wall tiling, a one and half bowl sink, a cupboard housing the boiler. There are spaces for a cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. REAR GARDEN The rear garden is a good size and mainly laid to lawn with planted borders and a patio area across the back of the bungalow and garage.
