" A 3 bedroom detached bungalow in a cul de sac, close to Brackley Town Centre.

ACCOMMODATION The front door leads into the 'L' shaped hall with doors leading to the 3 bedrooms, bathroom, airing cupboard, lounge, kitchen and additional cloakroom. The kitchen is to the right and is fitted with a range of cupboards with worktops and a sink. There are spaces for a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a free standing cooker. A glazed door leads to the rear garden. The lounge is a good size and has sliding patio doors opening out into the garden and a further small window to the side.
Bedroom 1 is a double room with a window overlooking the front garden and has two fitted double wardrobes and a chest of drawers. Bedroom 2 is also a good double and has a side aspect. Bedroom 3 is a single room with a window to the front.
The bathroom is fitted with a coloured suite which includes a bath with a telephone style mixer tap and shower attachment, hand wash basin and a low level WC. GARDENS The front of the property is laid to lawn and there is free access to the rear garden on one side of the property and a covered walk way to the other side. The rear garden is enclosed on three sides by close board fencing, has raised shrub beds, a patio area and a lawn area.
