WHAT THE CURRENT OWNERS SAY.....
Living at Caldbeck was great. It was our first house and we loved the barn conversion cottage character and the feeling of warmth that it gave us, particularly snuggled up in front of the log stove. Living on a small close was great for getting to know our neighbours and not having traffic drive past. We really enjoyed Gamston overall, we were a young couple when we first bought the house and it was great to have a small village feel at home, but be able to walk into West Bridgford or jump on the bus make a quick drive into the city for shopping, work or nightlife. West Bridgford became a favourite for more relaxed drinking and eating out with friends and family and spending afternoons in the parks or at the local leisure facilities.

The house lends itself well to a couple or family we had all three of our children here and the conservatory built by Palmers is great for entertaining or celebrating children’s birthdays and when that gets too much, we just popped around the corner to the playground. Even though we left 11 years ago and have rented it out since, our children still have many fond memories of living here we hope you will too!
