" THE PROPERTY: No chain! In my opinion, the vendors here have spared no expense on this property. It seems to me that they have thought of absolutely everything. There would be too many extras to list them all on this one set of details. The vendors of this property told us that this was the ex-show house and they have updated it considerably. There is a sound system throughout the property and Cherry wood floors in certain areas, Amtico flooring in bathroom and en-suites as well as Neville Johnson built-in wardrobe cupboards. They have had an electric awning added that is approximately 36' wide which was installed by Thomas Sanderson. I must admit that I was really impressed with this because not only is it an electric sun awning, but it has lights and heater. They have also added an irrigation system to the garden and another impressive feature in my opinion, was the fact that there are electric gates to a private courtyard area for their off road parking. Other benefits include external lighting and water features, water softening system, drinking water system, television and hi-fi system, communications On-Q cabling, video entry system, security system, smoke alarms, to name but a few. Your internal inspection is an absolute must.
