" Looks can be deceiving and it is certainly the case with this property. From the front, it has the look of any normal semi detached house, when in fact it conceals a double storey extension to the rear, which now provides it with extensive family accommodation that can only truly be appreciated with an internal inspection. The house now has 4 bedrooms, a family bathroom, a 22' lounge with a separate dining area, 13' x 11' kitchen/diner, utility area, and downstairs shower room together with a very useful study/office. The benefits don't end there though ….. as with some extended properties the garden will be compromised, but not here, with around 70 ft still remaining there is still plenty of room for the trampoline, paddling pool, patio and vegetable patch to be accommodated. The off road parking at the front is ample for a couple of vehicles or possibly a caravan or boat and the wide side access is perfect should you need somewhere secure for a motorbike.Millfield Road is also perfectly situated, within walking distance of the train station, shops, schools and the recreation ground.Don't judge a book by its cover, call today for your viewing to appreciate what time and money has been spent on this property.

What the Owner says:

We already knew how good the area was before we viewed here. The property was in a poor state with original Crittal windows etc and it seemed to be stuck in the 50's. We saw its huge potential though and that we could put our stamp on it.When we saw the garden, we knew it was for us. It was quiet and surprisingly large for a semi detached property and it gave the potential for us to extend to provide the accommodation we have today. As well as the extension, we have added cavity wall insulation and replaced the boiler.
