" Clive Anthony are delighted to offer for sale this elevated extended four bedroomed family home with a large mature rear garden and is set in a prime location within Prestwich. The property is close to good schools, transport links and the motorway network and within easy reach of Prestwich village with its many bars and restaurants.

What The Owner Says
We've loved bringing up our children in our spacious house for the last 18 years and in particular watching them play in the large mature garden and then settling down with a glass of red on the patio whilst watching the sun go down. Its been a perfect family home and cant tell you how sad it will be to leave.... but we need to downsize.

Ground Floor
The welcoming hallway is complemented with a solid wooden oak flooring, under stairs storage/cloaks cupboard. The lounge is a spacious room with the benefit of a laminated wooden flooring and a feature living flame gas coal fire perfect for relaxing in the winter evenings. The kitchen has modern fitted wall/base units with heat resistant work surfaces, free standing electric cooker with gas hob, integrated dishwasher, space for washing machine and space for a dryer, fitted breakfast bar, fully tiled floor. There is a separate dining room to the rear of the property with a solid wooden floor, ample space for dining table and chairs, feature double opening French patio doors onto the garden.
