" Modern 4 bedroom town house in Grove village, Ardwick, Manchester, M13 close to Oxford road, universities, Central Manchester Hospitals etc.

Currently furnished to meet student requirements, the property briefly comprises of entrance hall leading to the ground floor accommodation. This consists of a large dining kitchen complete with fitted units and appliances including electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, fridge freezer and an under counter fridge. Access to the rear garden can be gained via the French doors.
