" A modern terraced property in Southsea, which has two double bedrooms and has been redecorated in neutral shades throughout. The internal specification comprises of living room, dining room, kitchen, two double bedrooms and a family bathroom. Parking is on the street at the front of the property & there is a garden to the rear.

ENTRANCE HALL
The front door opens into the living room.

LIVING ROOM
The living room is fitted with oak effect laminate flooring, which flows through to the dining room. The room is decorated in white emulsion paint; the gas fire which is built into the chimney breast has a matching white mantle and hearth. There is an open staircase which leads to the two double bedrooms.

DINING ROOM
There is space for a dining table and chairs or alternatively could be used as another sitting room. The chimney breast in the dining room is decorative as it has been capped off. The french window leads to the patio and back garden.

KITCHEN
The galley kitchen is fitted with a range of white, high gloss fronted wall and base units; there is black and white tiled splashback over the granite effect work-surface. An electric over with four-ring gas hob is fitted and there is space for a washing machine and free standing fridge freezer.

BEDROOM ONE & TWO
Fitted with beige coloured carpet and decorated in neutral colours, the first and second bedrooms both will accommodate a double bed and bedroom furniture. There are alcoves either side of the bed which have wall mounted shelves.

OUTSIDE
Parking for residents in on the street at the front of the property. To the rear of the house there is an enclosed garden which has a variety of shrubs and plants; there is a brick built shed at the end of the garden for extra storage. "
