" INTRODUCTION Situated in the heart of Kendal in a development of similar properties centre around a pretty courtyard, this two bedroom first floor flat is an ideal first time buy, weekend bolt hole or rental investment. Large than expected, the property has a generous lounge, dining kitchen area with plenty of windows. There is a good sized double bedroom and a single bedroom along with a bathroom with separate WC. Kendal is known as the Gateway to the Lakes and is easily reached from Junction 36 and 37 of the M6 motorway. Kendal train station links to Windermere station and Oxenholme station services London Euston.
This location offers easy access to the town centre. There are riverside walks and the Brewery Arts Centre for Theatre, Cinema and socialising, doctors, shops, library, bars and restaurants are all close by. Kendal bus and train station are a short walk away.
