" INTRODUCTION Within a pretty courtyard setting close to the town centre, this one bedroom property must be viewed to be appreciated. Having its own front door and modern electric heating, The accommodation is over two floors with the lounge being on the first floor and open into the roof space. Roof lights flood the space with natural light and the lounge is open plan to the kitchen area. The bedroom is on the ground floor with a bathroom adjoining. OPEN PLAN LOUNGE DINING KITCHEN 18' 0" x 12' 1" (5.49m x 3.68m) A sash window faces the front and there are four Velux roof lights. Being open to the roof space, the room is light and bright and full of character. Electric wall radiator, telephone point, television aerial point, USB Switched sockets and a ceiling light. Ample shelving and an original style cast fireplace. The kitchen area has a wooden floor and is fitted with pine and painted base and wall units with wood block worktops and a stainless steel sink unit. The wood block worktops has been used to create a breakfast bar and there is splashback tiling and under unit lighting.
