" INTRODUCTION With open views from most windows, this first floor flat is a great first time buy, second home or rental investment. Being right on the fringes of Holme with the canal and walks close by, the property has neutral décor throughout and is gas centrally heated and has double glazed windows. To the front of the block are residents parking spaces and the property is well positioned for commuting to Kendal or further afield via the M6. Available with no onward chain, an internal viewing is recommended to especially appreciate the size and views.

The village of Holme is conveniently placed for access to the M6 at Junctions 35 & 36. Equally Kendal and Lancaster are located only a short drive away and The Lakes approximately 20 miles away.
