" INTRODUCTION With an open view to the front this good sized semi detached house will interest the family buyer in particular. Located to a corner plot, there is scope to extend (subject to consents) and improve and an early internal viewing is recommended 

ACCOMMODATION Approaching from the driveway, there is a useful porch area leading into the hallway. Having hanging for coats, a radiator and double glazed window, stairs lead to the first floor and doors to the lounge and sitting room.

Dual aspect double glazed windows give pleasant outlooks over the garden and playing fields. There is a gas fire set to a tiled hearth, television point, radiator, picture rail and telephone point. The second reception room is currently used by the vendor as a comfortable sitting room but would be equally useful as a dining room. LOCATION Arnside is to be found tucked away in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, overlooking the Kent Estuary with stunning views across to Grange Over Sands and the Lake District mountains.

There are woodland walks close by, over Arnside Knott. The primary school, shops, church, doctors, dentists, pubs and cafes are within minutes walk of the property. The local railway station has links to Manchester, Grange, Ulverston and Barrow. The M6 motorway junctions 35 and 36 are nearby.
